Our payment options are upfront and transparent. Without surprise bills from insurance companies, you know exactly what you’ll pay every time.

Your visit includes:

  • Urgent care from the comfort of your residence or workplace
  • A provider is sent to your location
  • Mobile communications and updates through Hopper Tracker
  • Onsite testing with instant results included such as COVID, Flu, Strep throat, RSV, Urinalysis, Urine pregnancy, Blood glucose and Mono
  • IV fluid treatment and anti-nausea medication for nausea, vomiting and dehydration as needed

Patients must be at least 3 years of age and within Care Hop’s coverage area.

What is Care Hop At Your Door Urgent Care?

Care Hop At Your Door Urgent Care is an insurance-free urgent care practice that brings the provider to you at home, work or a temporary residence such as a hotel.

Is Care Hop At Your Door Urgent Care primary care?

No, At Your Door Urgent Care is not a replacement for primary care. However, Care Hop does offer Direct Primary Care for those looking for affordable, accessible and insurance-free primary care.

How much does a Care Hop visit cost?

The cost of a visit is $199. This is an all-inclusive cost with no insurance requirements and no surprise bills or fees. Please note that any additional treatment from a specialist or pharmaceuticals are not included in this fee.

How do I book an appointment?

We use technology to make registering fast and easy. Simply check the map to confirm you are in our service radius, click “Schedule Now,” and enter your information.

How long does it take for Care Hop’s medical team to arrive at my home?

Once your appointment is scheduled we will do our best to arrive exactly on time. When the provider is en route (usually around 20 minutes before the appointment) you will receive a text message with a link to our Hopper Tracker online application so you can track the location of our car. It will tell you at any given point in time how long it will take for your Hopper to arrive at the location for your visit. Maximum visibility to help reduce the stress of waiting for the appointment.

What does Care Hop Urgent Care treat?

We can treat any urgent care need from minor injuries, to testing for minor illnesses like flu and sinus infections. Head to our services page or contact us for a list of everything we treat.

Can I use my insurance?

We do not require or accept insurance at this time.

Can I choose my provider?

We are deeply committed to ensuring that our medical services are readily available to you. With the goal of maximizing accessibility, we thoughtfully manage the scheduling process. This approach allows us to efficiently allocate our dedicated providers, ensuring everyone receives timely and effective care. While this means you may not be able to select your provider, rest assured that all of our professionals are equally qualified and eager to offer you the best possible care.

Will Care Hop providers come to me wherever I am?

Our caring providers are here to offer you personalized medical care wherever you are, be it at home, your workplace, or temporary stays like hotels. To ensure that you receive the highest quality of treatment, we kindly request a private space during our visit. This privacy is essential for us to focus entirely on your health and provide the best care possible in a comfortable and confidential setting.

Do you test for COVID-19?

Yes. We offer COVID-19 rapid testing.

Can you provide X-rays?
At this time, we are not offering mobile X-rays but plan to in the near future. Once available, we will update our website and social media accounts accordingly.
What are your hours of operation?

We offer service seven days a week from 8:00am-8:00pm.

Who can I expect to treat me at my location?

At each appointment, we’ll send an expert provider to you for treatment.

Will you treat another family member, coworker or friend during my appointment?

No. Our providers will only treat the patient who scheduled the appointment. Please schedule additional appointments for each individual who would like treatment.
